Laurelhurst

Laurelhurst is a Seattle neighborhood located on the shores of Lake Washington and Union Bay. The Laurelhurst neighborhood was largely developed in the 1920’s and abounds in both view and waterfront homes with delightful architecture. Many Laurelhurst homes command impressive views of Lake Washington and The Cascade Mountain Range. The neighborhood is home to the Laurelhurst Beach Club, the ideal place for enjoying swimming, sailing and summer fun, as well as the Laurelhurst  community center, park and tennis courts.
