Bellevue

Bellevue is now a vibrant city and home to world-class Bellevue Square as well as The Braven.

Welcome to Bellevue

These suburban communities are just minutes from downtown Seattle via the 520 floating bridge. Known collectively as West Bellevue the community is made up as essentially an enclave of small towns as well as the larger city of Bellevue.

Once a sleepy bedroom community of Seattle, Bellevue is now a vibrant city and home to world-class Bellevue Square as well as The Braven, two of the nations most coveted shopping centers. Bellevue is also home to many businesses and technology companies and offers a number of fine restaurants.

Surrounded on the north, west, and south by Lake Washington, Medina is bordered by Clyde Hill and Hunts Point and just minutes to downtown Bellevue. Medina still is home to a quintessential small-town police station, post office, and neighborhood store, yet boasts some of the greater Seattle areas most expensive real estate including the home of Microsoft Founder, Bill Gates.

The city of Clyde Hill was incorporated in 1953 with a philosophy to retain and maintain the original spacious and wooded character of the community and to remain a relatively small, simple and intimate neighborhood. Offering beautiful views of the lake and Seattle skyline, many of its homes have been rebuilt over the years and are some of the nicest on the eastside.

First incorporated in 1955, Hunts Point is located on a small peninsula surrounded by Lake Washington and is near the neighborhoods of Medina, Clyde Hill, and Yarrow Point. Nearly all of the lots on Hunts Point are street to water and Hunts Point is home to some of the most coveted waterfront homes in the area.

The town of Yarrow Point is bordered on three sides by the shores of Lake Washington. Known as the Nantucket of the Eastside, Yarrow Point is home to 1,010 residents within 405 homes. Many live on waterfront property or can walk a short distance to one of the parks on the water. Many non-waterfront residents enjoy homes with stunning views overlooking Lake Washington and either downtown Seattle to the west or Yarrow Bay and Kirkland to the east depending on their location on the peninsula. Yarrow Point hosts its own 4th of July celebration and is known for its small-town feel and a strong sense of community.
